TELL COMCAST THAT
CONSUMERS DESERVE BETTER

In a recent national customer satisfaction survey conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Comcast again had the worst customer satisfaction rating of any company or government agency in the country! That's no surprise considering Comcast continues to saddle its customers with annual rate hikes and poor customer service.

Between 2001 and 2006, Comcast's standard cable rates increased in Chicago by more than 30%. This is nearly 10 times the annual rate of inflation! Comcast's basic rates have also skyrocketed by as much as 81% in communities across Michigan in recent years. Consumers have no end in sight to this ever increasing drain on their wallets. It doesn't make sense.

Consumers deserve better!

Tell Comcast that you will not stand for their rate hikes and bad service any more!
